UK shipping

​

All orders are sent via Royal Mail first class delivery & delivery costs are calculated by weight.

​

Royal Mail first class delivery service is NOT tracked.

 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch email, sometimes these go into junk emails so make sure to check them if you've not received yours!

International shipping

​

PLEASE NOTE: In some countries you may be charged a customs fee, please be prepared for this additional cost which you are responsible for covering.

​

I'm sad to say that due to new GPSR rules and regulations, I am now unable to ship to Northern Ireland and countries within the European Union. I am working to find a solution in the hope that I can continue shipping to NI and the EU again in the near future. 

​

All orders are sent via Royal Mail with the option of either tracked or untracked shipping - delivery costs are calculated by weight & delivery destination.

​

The International Untracked delivery service is NOT tracked, once your order has been dispatched, it is no longer in my control as to where your parcel is.

​

If you have selected the International Tracked shipping option, you will receive your tracking number in your dispatch email - please check your email's junk folder if you haven't received your dispatch email.

​

The delivery time-frame for International Shipping is 2-8 weeks. If your order has not arrived after 8+ weeks, I will be happy to help resolve this.​

Returns & refunds

​

Please contact me if you have an issue with your order - returns are accepted within reason and I can offer refunds once an item has been returned back to me (you must cover the return shipping charges).​

​

If your order has been returned back to me for any reason, please do not worry - I will contact you via email straight away and give you the option of either resending or refunding your order.

​

Please note:​ If your order has already been sent out and then returned back to me due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you will be refunded the cost of the product/s only, the shipping fee's are non-refundable as this service has already been purchased and applied to your order.
