UK shipping

All orders are sent via Royal Mail first class delivery & delivery costs are calculated by weight.

​

Royal Mail first class delivery service is NOT tracked.

 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch email, sometimes these go into junk emails so make sure to check them if you've not received yours!

International shipping

PLEASE NOTE: please be prepared for customs fees on your orders. 

​

All orders are sent via Royal Mail with the option of either standard or tracked shipping - delivery costs are calculated by weight & delivery destination.

​

The standard international delivery service is NOT tracked, once your order has been dispatched, it is no longer in my control as to where your parcel is.

​

If you have chosen the tracked shipping option, you will receive your tracking number in your dispatch email - please check your email's junk folder if you haven't received your dispatch email.

​

The delivery time-frame for International Shipping is 2-8 weeks. If your order has not arrived after 8+ weeks, I will be happy to help & see what we can do!

Returns & refunds

​

Please contact me if you have an issue with your order - returns are accepted within reason and I can offer refunds once an item has been returned back to me (you must cover the return shipping charges).

​

If your order has been returned back to me for any reason, do not panic! I will contact you via email straight away and give you the option of either resending or refunding your order.
